RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DyseOne puchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. if the sales tax rate for the state in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. the invoice that DyseOne e-mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any product we ship, please contact DyseOne customer service at E-Mail us at: Dyse@DyseOne.com. Defective products must be reported in 3 business days after you receive the product.
Returns: All shortages or defective claims must be
reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. If you received damaged merchandise as a result of shipping, please notify USPS immediately. They are responsible. All returns must be authorized by Dyse One.
Please allow 7-10 days from the time we receive your order for shipping as available. Prices subject to change without notice. All shipments will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment.
